Use online forms to order birth certificates or verifications, death certificates or verifications, marriage verifications and divorce verifications through TexasOnline at http://www.texasonline.state.tx.us/tolapp/ovra/.

Travis County Law Library Forms

The Travis County Law Library has family law forms and instructions for people who don’t have an attorney and who want to file pro se (or without an attorney). They are continually updating their forms and adding new ones. They currently have forms for people who want to get a:
  • Divorce
  • Name Change
  • Protective Order
These forms have been approved for use in Travis County by the Travis County District Judges and are available on the Travis County Law Library website at: http://www.co.travis.tx.us/records_communication/law_library/forms.asp
