Designating a Caregiver

Who will care for your children if you are not here?

We can help you prepare your family.

If you are an undocumented parent of U.S citizen children, we can help you designate a caregiver for your children in case you are detained and/or deported and cannot be here to care for them.

You will sign in at the Family Law registration table. You will be asked to give your full name and legal issue–tell the staff member you talk to that you are there to designate a caregiver for your children. They will tell you what to do next.

Everyone is welcome at the legal clinic. Everyone is safe. We do have a security guard there to ensure that everyone is safe while inside the clinic – and for no other reason.
