Nursing Home Project
Through a partnership with the Texas Legal Services Center and Burns Anderson Jury & Brenner law firm, Medicaid-eligible residents of local nursing homes can have wills, durable powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney and advanced directives to physicians prepared for them at no cost.
The Nursing Home Project started in Southwood Care Center and Heritage Duval Gardens and plans are underway to expand to more nursing homes in Travis County.
